ABOUT
Lois-Amber Toole (she/her) is an actress and writer from the North-East of England.
Lois trained with National Youth Theatre and landed her first film pilot at sixteen, and appeared on local television shows such as ITV’s Vera and CBBC’s Wolfblood.
Lois developed her first solo show Skeleton Key and won the UN Women’s Leadership competition to discuss her show at the United Nations.
Lois has been nominated by BBC New Writing North as an emerging writer and her playwriting has been long listed for the prestigious North-East Playwriting Award.
Most recently, she wrote and performed her second solo show Post Traumatic Slay Disorder at King's Head Theatre. The play quickly transferred to the west-end's Seven Dials Playhouse, and Lois was nominated for an Offie for Performance Piece. The show is now being developed into a television series.
